Shannon LaBruyere
Speaker · Facilitator · Leadership Consultant
I developed The Four Principles to help people navigate the moments that matter.
For more than three decades, I’ve led, taught, facilitated, and coached people through complex decisions, meaningful change, and high-stakes circumstances.
Today, I bring that experience to audiences through keynotes and workshops that equip people to respond instead of react, so they are not starting from scratch when the stakes are high.

Developed through real moments
The Four Principles did not begin as a keynote or a theory.
They emerged through years of leadership, teaching, facilitation, and walking alongside people facing decisions and circumstances that carried real weight. What began as a larger set of ideas was tested, refined, and distilled over time into four principles that hold together across very different kinds of moments.
Again and again, I saw what changed when people had something steady to navigate by. They were not given certainty or easy answers. They were better equipped to respond in ways they could live with.
That is the work I now bring to audiences.

Shannon speaks to audiences navigating decisions, change, responsibility, and moments when the stakes feel especially high.
The Four Principles
A practical framework for navigating the moments that matter without starting from scratch when circumstances become difficult or uncertain.
Clarity without certainty
What changes when we stop waiting to know how everything will turn out and begin responding from what we can actually know and choose.
Helping without having all the answers
A practical approach to walking with others through meaningful moments without taking over, rushing to solutions, or carrying responsibility that is not ours.
